if you don't mind the trip, i would go to Tri-County in Levittown. that is where my mother got mine and i love it - thin, with a few diamonds, and not at all tacky (IMO).

Geesh Im so out of loop!
I'm not sure if they are "in," but I have been itching for one. I had one as a teen and a "friend" stole it out of my room and pawned it (probably for drugs.) I never really got over that and have always loved them. I also love initial jewelry.
