I am still that everything is OK.
My first time pg I passed a HUGE clot - brought it in to my OB - that's when they saw I was pg with twins. So it doesn't nec. mean you have missed.
I wound up with a mis later but totally unrelated to the clot.

I am still holding out hope that this is the case. I feel awful though- very crampy and its soo painful! Did you bleed alot when this happened? You can FM me if you want.

I had been spotting the last 4 weeks and miscarried at 8 weeks... 
But that was a different situation that yours, ad I really hope everything is ok Liz!!

Im so so sorry. Question- Why didnt she do a sonogram to determine once and for all? If your experincing that much bleeding?

I'm not really sure why she didnt do a sonogram. Both the nurse practioner and the dr said they werent going to do a sono yet because it might still be too early and they might not be able to see anything just yet. I'm sure they will do a sono once the blood test comes back tomorrow.

10/26 Update: So its official, I am having a miscarriage. The doctor said that my numbers dropped dramatically since Monday's blood test. She said this is good because I wont need a D&C. She said to wait 2 cycles to try again. This seems like tooooo long to me. Thank you again for all the kind words and well wishes. I will be back!
I am so sorry for your loss .. I hope you are back on this board in no time
