Can I truly have a tummy like Brooke Burke after pregnancy without surgery?
Was just watching dancing with the stars from this week, and apparently Brooke had a baby 7 months ago and used this tummy wrap thing and says that along with exercise and diet, she got back her FLAT, toned tummy after FOUR kids...is this possible...or is it just hollywood at it again????? And does anyone know what that tummy wrap thing is called and if it works? I guess I just miss my flat tummy today

I don't buy it's all natural...
Don't forget, her ex hubby (father of 2 of her kids) is a plastic surgeon on Extreme Makeover...
There is no way that's all natural. Def not the boobs, for sure. Just too full after having 4 kids.

I'm definitely getting the tummy thing after, BUT 3 of her four kids she had with her first husband that was a PLASTIC SURGEON!!!!!! So not sure how much that all was the tummy thing!!!!!!

I think it's only 2 kids from the plastic surgeon...2 with David Chokachi (Sp)? Yes, she popped the last one out rather quickly. Anyway...

I've already warned DH that after we're done with kids, we're not only starting a college fund but a tummy tuck and boob lift fund...

Sure I bet if you had the money to hire a full staff of nanny to watch the kids while you work out for several hours a day, private cooks, personal trainers etc on staff day and night to whip you into shape...

Yeah, so true. I forgot about this also.
Honestly I think that is really the key a staff of people who will make your life miserable for a while to whip you into shape - most of us regular people just have to whip ourselves into shape - so I guess we are doommed I do think it is easier though if you can have someone to cook for you - so no temptation, and with a personal trainer on staff whipping you into shape, and a nanny or nurse to help with the baby there is so much more time to look great! It is hard to find time to shower never mind a few hours for a workout with a newborn.

My SIL (who had only one kid) went from her flabby stretched out tummy to a perfectly flat one again BUT this is how she did it.
She was in training to be a lifeguard so she swam every day for 3 hours a day. She also ran, lifted weights and dieted. She looks like a super model but she was always tall and athletic so its not so much of a stretch.
However, she does not work, she a bunch of us watching her DD so she could work out and I have no idea where I would ever find the time to do what she did.

There was actually an article or something in some baby magazine or something (very specific, I know ) that said there was no science to back that working, and that it wouldn't work. But you can go to her website to see her stuff. Also, with or without her plastic surgeon ex-hubby, some people are just lucky to have great genes too. And I'm sure she worked out like a fiend and didn't eat sugars and stuff too. Darn those peole with willpower!!
