Isn't the lavender beautiful? 
I think it was probably your FIL who was helping DH pick out a plant for his mom, giving him advice (since she killed last year's  It was funny, I told the sweet younger girl who works there (remember her from last year too) how MIL killed her plant from last year, and she got this look on her face and said "oh no, do you think it was the plant?  " and I said "Nooooo!! It was definitely MIL"...she was upset with the fact that it could have been the plant when I told her, but that def wasn't the case (that's why I don't buy plants for myself b/c I know I'd kill them).
I was loitering in the building for a while after we were in the fields b/c I told DH before we left home that we should get out cash in case they didn't take debit, but he swore they took it last year....well, as you know they don't take debit, so DH took DD to Greenport to get cash out...so I was loitering in the building for like 30 minutes
I would definitely love to meet you-- Next year!!  And I saw some of your beautiful pictures for sale there (I remember you posting them, so I knew they were yours).
Was it the guy with the heavy french accent? If so, that is my FIL.
Lavender is hard to grow - I hope she has better luck this year. Seriously, next year give me a heads up when you are coming!

Oh and what kind of camera do you have? The pictures are so crystal clear. We just got a Canon XSi and I love it. Wonder if I need an additional special lense.
Gorgeous pictures! I was going to ask the same thing--what kind of camera and lens did you use for these pictures?
Thanks ladies! I have a Nikon d40, and used my 55-200 zoom lens.
