I don't see going to the gym a possibility yet with the baby being so young still. I have a treadmill so I'm looking for more body sculpting ones w/o use of too many weights.

For cardio I really enjoy Turbo Jam, it's really fun. And then for toning and stretching Windsor Pilates is great.

Both Turbo Jam and Windsor Pilates comes w/ a 20 min workout and a longer hour workout depending on how time crunched you are... I like that about them.

And turbo jam has an interactive website where you can check out other people doing it and it has a calendar and stuff to track your progress and your eating. I found that helpful.

HTH!

thanks ladies. I forgot about Billy Blanks, Iused to do taebo all the time. I'll try his new ones plus pilates. I'm not sure if I can do pilates yet because of my abdomen.

I have the Transfirmer and I really like it. Gets my cardio up and tones all at once.
