c-section moms vs. natural birth?.....
i had a c-section 9 months ago and still have this disgusting overhang / pooch is this bc ive had a section? natural birth moms do you have this too and how the hell do you get rid of it?

I had a v-birth, had the belly pouch. Got rid of it when I lost weight..and now it's back after I gained it.
Not sure if someone with a c-section would be worse.

I am almost 5 months in, had a vag birth, and though the weight is gone, I stillhave a slight pooch of loose skin...very annoying...I am hoping the funfetti cake I made will make it go away

I have skin that hangs over the csection scar. Ugh. After we are done having kids I'm going to start putting money into the tummy tuck fund.

I have this too..skin is weird around scar area..Hopefully when I lose some more weight and over time it'll be better.

They say if you wear a maternity belt after birth and its supposed to help the skin tighten.
I had a v-birth, and wore a maternity belt like 25% of the time (I hated it to death) and my pouch is sort of getting smaller. My mother said, "just have a tummy tuck when your done with kids"

I had a vaginal birth and i have a little soft in the middle. i think thats normal unless you're a supermodel.

After my c section I didn't have a pooch but my belly was soft. after a couple months at the gym it ws back to normal. I'm having another c section soon and I think it will be harder this time around w/ 2 kids to get to the gym.

I had a c/s and wore a postpartum wrap as much as I humanly could. I am losing weight but I still have a pooch. I hope exercise makes it go away!
