Something is going on here.
Looks like he has bandages around his neck. Wonder if he did the adams apple surgery.

A frail Bruce Jenner leaves a clinic with a bandaged throat after 'undergoing surgery to decrease Adams Apple
Bruce Jenner has been pictured leaving a clinic in Beverly Hills after the star allegedly had surgery to 'flatten' his Adam's Apple.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is seen leaving The Beverly Hills Surgical Center last week, and appeared weary as he stepped out with a bandage across his throat.
A source claimed to The National Enquirer at the time that the 64-year-old former Olympian had undergone surgery to reduce the appearance of his Adam's Apple.
It has been previously reported that Bruce has been keen on looking more like a woman, and the procedure know as a 'laryngeal shave' is said to be the first steps toward that process.
Looking frail as he left the clinic, Bruce also appeared bewildered as he got into his awaiting vehicle in blue sportswear, and a bandage across his throat.
The star was helped into his car by staff at the clinic, before being escorted home.
RadarOnline recently reported that Bruce's sons Brody and Brandon aren't bothered by their father's choice to alter his Adam's Apple and they actually 'support' it.
'The boys don’t think their father is trying to become a woman and simply laugh at rumors,' explained Radar's insider.
'They do believe that Bruce became more conscience of his physical appearance and how he looked after Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiered. They blame their step-mother (Kris) for all of the plastic surgery he has had over the years.
'Kris always encouraged Bruce to have his face nipped and tucked. He has had plastic surgery to remove excess fat above his eyelids. The Adam’s apple surgery is just following in that pattern,' added the source.
TMZ reported in mid December he cancelled his surgery after news leaked he was going to have it.
The site added: 'Jenner had two consultations with the doctor and had scheduled surgery for both a Laryngeal Shave (Adam's Apple flattening) and a nose job.'

Wow
He hasn't confirmed anything.
Just says he was never happy with how big his Adams Apple was.
But these pictures definitely tell a different story. He is looking more and more like a woman every day.
Hope he finds happiness and peace with his decision.

He was handsome its a shame what he did to his face...
He looks more and more feminine. That Adams Apple Surgery is a big thing for people who are transgender. Why else would a man do that? Clearly he wants to be a woman. I mean hes doing everything he can to look like one.

I have a friend who is trans-gender right now. "she" lives as a woman, yet has not had the surgery ONLY because of money. I fully support her.
With Brenda here (Bruces female name, I'm taking a liberty) what makes me feel he mIGHT actually do it:
1. His dainty finger nails lately.
2. His long hair that is UGLY.
3. His breasts.
4. His "female" face
5. ...and this surgery.
Staying tuned to see what Brenda has in store!

I never really understood why his plastic surgery always looked so bad over the years while whoever is working on Kris seems to be doing a much better job??
eta: I've never noticed his adam's apple so how bad could it have been?

Instead of allowing the speculation to swirl, he should just be up front about it. Seriously, it is not such a freakazoid occurrence anymore- it's 2014. I know at least 2 people (with and without the surgery), yeah at first it was completely buggin, but it's not ODD or unheard of anymore.
Giving a public face to transgenderism may help someone. IMO

He is definitely trying to look like, or transition, into being a woman. His lips and nose look even thinner, looks like he has lipstick on, longer hair, flatten adam's apple and I am sure those are boobs growing from hormones. Yes, he has to be.
