Hey there!
At my shower they played bingo, filled out sheets my sister had made up that asked things like "Advice for the Bride", "Advice for the Groom", "If there was a TV show about the couple, what would it be called?"...etc. Also, you could bring a timer, randomly set it, and everytime it goes off, the person whose present the bride is opening gets a little gift.

At my sister's shower we played a game where every table got a roll of toilet paper and had to pick one person at the table to be the bride and make the dress out of the toilet paper. They did a bridal gown fashion show at the end and the real bride to be chose the winner. It was hysterical and everyone loved it!

Bridal bingo is great. Give guests a blank bingo board and tell them to fill in the squares with gifts they think the bride may receive. As the bride opens the gifts, they mark it off if it is on their board, and whoever gets BINGO first, wins!
I made a very cute board for my friend's shower last week.
