breast milk question
if i mix BM with formula in the same bottle does the BM lose its nutrients...i usually give breast milk and then formula, but it would make it so much easier to combine the two...is it okay..I am not worried about waste, dd eats like a champ...

I have heard its better not to mix the 2 honestly and give the breast millk separatly but first.
