my LO was 6 months around x-mas too, last year.
X-Mas Eve (huge in my family) he wore black dress pants & a wool sweater.
X-Mas (more causal) he wore a pair of Jeans and a knit sweater

This is what my DS will be wearing. My 2 DDs are wearing ivory & gold dresses.

DS was 9 months old at Christmas last year. For Christmas eve he wore khaki colored overalls with a red plaid stripe at the bottom and a red plaid shirt. I think we got it at Kohls and then for Christmas day he wore black pants with a white shirt and red and black vest

he will be wearing this outfit (minus the socks)for pictures and i will put him in it on either xmas day or xmas eve the other day he doesnt wear this he will wear a santa suit type outfit he will only be a little over a month at xmas time Image Attachment(s):
