Bottle question-well drinking question...
What do you do with the formula/BM in the bottle that DC doesnt finish? I just made a Bottle for DD and she didnt finish half-suspect my milk supply increased today as I pumped 4 oz out one breast as she nursed the other.
Do you have to throw it out right away or can it be saved.
sorry if its a stupid question-my first was EBF.

I am not 100% sure with BM, but with formula you can save it for an hour after they drink out of it. For some reason I think it si the same with BM.

BM is a 4/4/4 rule....
Good for 4 hours at room temp.
Good for 4 days in the fridge.
Good for 4 months in the freezer.
I try to freeze as much as I can to avoid wasting it..... b/c pumping is such a chore....
