Bob's kitchen table

Has anyone had any experience with bob's kitchen furniture? We need a new set sooooooo badly. (Ours is literally held together with duct tape). I keep looking up a set for 400$. It is so pretty online. I haven't seen it in person.
Are the sets there really really crappy?

IMHO I am not a fan of Bobs furniture.

They do have nice things. My experience is theri furniture is not the best quality. Its not bad, just does not hold up over a long period of time.

I JUST bought a dining room set from a furniture store on 110 called "tiffany furniture". They hade about 100 dining room/kitchen sets on display. I would NEVER have walked in there if not for looking over my shoulder as we were trying to go to Raymore and Flanigan.

Prices were terrific.

I also reccomend Ashley. I feel their quality is a little better than Bobs, but still great prices.

Bob's kitchen table

We have had our Bobs set for exactly 1 year today. We needed a chair replaced within the 1st week - one of the legs split down the middle and no one had even sat on it yet. A few weeks ago, I noticed that a piece of the wood chipped off. It's a butterfly table (the leaf is stored in the table) and the chip is nowhere near where it opens and closes so it can't be from that. I should have trusted my gut and gone elsewhere. I'm just glad we got the extended warranty.

we have pretty much all of our house furnished by bobs, we bought everything over 2 years ago.. so far everything has held up.

Try Gothic Cabinet Craft. I got a finished set from there 7 years ago and it's in awesome shape. I love their stuff.

ETA- this is my set- I can't believe they still make it.

I just bought a table there last week. So far so good. It was only $599 plus tax, delivery and goof proof though, so I'm not expecting it to last forever. I needed seating for 6+ and a leaf, so this worked for me!

My parents furnished both their kitchen and dining room with Bobs furniture after a house fire 4 years ago and the furniture is still in perfect condition. Most of the bedroom furniture is Bobs too and they have never had any problems

I furnished an entire apartment from Bob's almost 5 years ago. Living room and pub table. I bought the goof proof at the time. I looked at it as 5 year furniture. That's how long the goof proof is. The table has held up awesome. The ottoman I had a tear in at one point and they replaced it immediately no inspection needed. The couch is holding up but we are hard on our couch. Now that we have moved the couch will probably end up in our basement and we will be getting a new sofa. The table is going to go into the eat in kitchen. I have looked at tables at Bob's for our dr but haven't really been able to agree with hubby. It is what it is. If you are looking for forever furniture I don't think Bob's is it. But if you are looking for something that will last 5-10 years I think Bob's is worth it. Go to the store and look at it.

I bought dining room furniture and end tables from bobs and it held up great for the price. it is in storage now.

Our kitchen table is from Bob's....not the best quality, but it's cheap, so I didn't expect a lot. It'll be 2 years old this Thanksgiving and nothing bad has happened so far with it.
