DH and I love to play settlers of catan and puerto rico. we play it with friends all the time.
what do you guys like to play with friends?
I would like to have a game night a few times in the year with out friends
maybe for 2007

i love that game. they have it available online thru MSN, but i used up all my freebies and now you have to pay for it.
we played the seafarers version tonite with my BIL and his GF and i was a settlement and a city away from winning but DH beat me to it. i had longest road though.
DHs best friend is developing an extension called crusaders of catan, but i dislike him so whatever.
anyway it is such a good game, good to hear someone else likes it. try seafarers, so awesome, cities and nights sucks, IMO.
ETA DH and I could play settlers for hours, such a good strategic game!!
We love the Cities and Knights Expansion and don't really like Seafarers...LOL.
The biggest problem with it is it can be HOURS long. Inevitably one person will be ahead and the other three will gang up on him/her!!
But I love it. It's always different and it really makes you think!!

My sister and I played for two hours when I was there for Christmas!! 
So fun and so easy to learn!!

ours too! we just got it for christmas and since we have friends visiting from out of town we've played it twice with them since Tuesday!

Right now, it's Chutes and Ladders and Candyland.... I tried playing Trivial Pursuit with my 3 year old, but he's not very good....
