I am in desperate need of a new phone and I was wondering which one you all have and which you like better and why?

I dont have either one (dont have at&T) but my sis has iphone, inlaws have blackberry.
IPHONE!
I love the whole touch screen and how you have access to the apps.
Its really a great phone.
Im jealous!

I like the Blackberry- I feel it's better for work and I also don't care for AT&T service which is the only carrier that has the Iphone

i go back and forth. my DH has the iPhone and i love it but hate AT&T service (especially where we live). Verizon is not the best where we live but a lot better everywhere else.
i also like the regular keypad as opposed to the touch screen - i don't know, maybe i have fat fingers 
i do really like that you can expand the screen when using the internet, and the iPhone is very user-friendly. my dad has a BB (curve i think) and it's nice but a bit confusing at first.

it took me a little while to get used to my blackberry, but now i love it. although i know people with the iphone and it looks really nice and you can get a lot of fun apps, you can get apps on the BB too! i also don't like at&t service. verizon is much better.
you could always get an itouch instead of an iphone, but i know then you have to worry about 2 things.

I agree. I love my Blackberry and I love Verizon service. I personally think AT&T service sux. 2 of my friends have Iphones and while they love the actual phone they are less than thrilled with the service they receive from AT&T. Service trumps phone IMO...so I say Blackberry.

i have the curve, but a friend of mine just got the tour and she loves it. i've looked at hers a few times and it's a bit different than mine, so i wasn't crazy about it, but i'm sure i'd get used to it.
january will be here before you know it! you'll love it

As someone who had a blackberry curve then moved onto the Tour for over a year, I just got an iphone a month ago, so i have experience with both!
IPHONE BLOWS away the blackberry in every single way.
There is NO comparing the two.
There is NOTHING the iphone can't do
Its a really amazing phone. The battery isn't great but thats because i constantly am on it all day long, my blackberry batter was horrible as well.

Thanks so much I think I am going to go with the IPHONE. I currently have AT&T service and it works great for me. I have not had any problems with it.

I am getting a new phone this weekend. I was faced with the same decision...
I'm going for the iphone because of the all in one feature- phone, ipod, internet, apps.
My contract with Verizon is up in March, so I have to pay the early termination fee. Sucks, but, I cant wait to get rid of verizon. They are crooks. Service is good though.
