Birthday party issues- WWYD
So, my DDs 3rd birthday is April 14. We planned on having a party on April 26, in a park and renting the small room inside for cake and rain. I called 2 weeks ago, and the date was fine.
I call today to book it and it turns out there is this huge park event that day and I can't get into the room. 
So now my choices are April 19 or May 3.
My mom goes back and forth from Florida in April. She is coming up on the 9-14 and then going back to Florida and coming back to NY on the 23rd.
My first choice is to have the party on the 19th, since its the weekend after DD's birthday. But if I do, my mom won't be back for the party.
My mom doesn't feel strongly either way.
What would you do?

How do you feel? Do you want your mom there? Personally, I would want my mom there and I think May 3rd is a great date.

If you don't care about your mom being there then do the 19th otherwise do the May date.

It's just two weeks difference so I would go for May 3rd with your mom there.

I'm leaning towards the 3rd. My mom doesn't feel strongly, but I feel like she should be there. Also, DD loves her so much, I know she'll want my mom to be there.

I agree! It may be nicer weather!
Can I ask what park this is? That sounds like such a nice idea, I didn't know parks rent rooms!
