Honestly, I bought it before she was born. There was a store going out of business, and the gowns were 75% off. I got a girls and a boys since I didn't know what I was having.

3 days I made last minute arrangements for everything incl. the dress...but it worked out fine on the day

2 months before - I wasnt sure if I needed to order the one I wanted, which I did, so it worked out

2 weeks from One Small Child
I ordered it in two sizes and kept the one that fit better. In hindsight I would have ordered it a little bit earlier to take advantage of the free shipping
