Baptism Question - Did you include direction cards for the church
I wanted to send the invites out MOnday beause DS's baptism is 5 weeks from tomorrow
Do I need to include direction cards or can I assume people can find the church themselves? The restaurant is on the same street as the church as well. I have directions card for that (even though I probably dont need them)

No, I just wrote the full name of the church and the address of the church on the invite.

Mailing mine Monday & yes....directions for church & party are included!
We happen to have a lot of people coming & they are not familiar with the church as it's a church not in our area.

I had them printed on the back of the invite, but most people were not at all familiar with the area.

I printed them up myself, one side had the restaurant and the other side had the church.

I included both also (church and restaurant)
and make sure the ones for the restaurant are both
-coming from the church
-and coming from major parkways (for those that cantmake it to the church)

i didnt but i should have. our church actually mailed us direction cards that i could have copied but they came after i had already mailed the invites.

We did not include any directions. 95% of the people we invited know our church (have been there for many, many occasions) and the restaurant was also in a very familiar area.
