Autism Speaks Walk on Sunday

Hey girls, This is a shot in the dark and I totally don't mind if noone goes for it, but I thought I would try.

I am doing the Autism Speaks walk at Jones Beach on Sunday. As many of you know I am a special ed teacher in NYC and some of my students are on the Autism Spectrum. I also have a good friend whose son has Autism, and I've seen how hard it is to be diagnosed and how so many people know very little about Autism.

I was just hoping that some people might sponsor me. I've been collecting sponsors at work, but I just realized that you can do online sponsors as well.

Yes, I'm going. My niece is/was autistic...she had EI and now neurologist says she has ADHD. It looks like it will be a nice day afterall...just a bit chilly.
