At what age did your DC change from "cat naps" to a regular nap schedule or less naps?

At about 6 months I would say DD was taking one morning and one afternoon nap.

DS started taking 2 regular naps (AM and PM around 1-2 hours each) at around 6 months. Before that he was more a cat napper too, like 3-4 30-45 min naps a day

Great question. My son takes cat naps and he is 6 months old. Did the mom's who kids change do anything different?

4 months old... 3 naps a day
7:30-9, 10:30-1, 3-3:45

8 months old... two naps a day
9-10:30, 1-2 or 2:30

I read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child and my DS was by that book! I followed his lead after recognizing the signs from the book. I've been very lucky in the sleep dept... they obviously inherited their father's love for it.

They are still on two naps a day but believe it or not they don't nap as regularly or at the same time at daycare.
