Anywhere just as Fabulous as the Hyatt in Kuai ??
DH and I are looking to plan a trip for May (our anniversary) He wants to go back to the Hyatt in Kuai, but I'm kind of 'been there, done that' re: Hawaii -
To spend ALL of that $$$ to go to the exact same place we were 3 years ago is kind of silly to me ........
But I did love that resort - Can anyone suggest anything .....anywhere really - that's comparable ??

AHHH, I know that feeling, that was one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at. Loved the swimming area and the lagoon
My DH and I went to Phuket Thailand (not sure where you are looking to go), and actually thought the JW Marriott was a runner up

The Grand Wailea in Maui was a tie for us as fave place - we also stayed at the Hyatt in Kauai and I SO know what you mean - it was AMAZING!
Also, the Fairmont in Maui is gorgeous.
If you don't want to do Hawaii they have a Fairmont in Bermuda - two actually - both are nice but I like the one on the beach - it is BEAUTIFUL!

My DH has the same idea for our second anniversary but, I don't think it's going to happen. We are looking to go to the Westin in St. John instead.
The Hyatt in Aruba is beautiful - we went there for our first anniversary.
If you do decide to go back to Hawaii though, the Princeville in Kauai is fabulous.

LOVE THE GRAND HYATT!! I would look at the hyatt in aruba as well, what about the Cove at the Atlantis? I will try to think of more!

We stayed at the Princeville, it was gorgeous, but a bit stuffy. i have never been, but the Four Seasons in Nevis looks amazing

just found this - rated really high on trip advisor for luxury, romantic and best pools -- very similar and rated in the same cats at the grand hyatt -- the style of it reminded me of the grand hyatt -- it is on the island of KONA in hawaii...

We are going to the Reef In Atlantis. Heard it was AWESOME!!!!!
It is supposed to be one of their nicest and most upscale hotels and it just opened!!!

oh ok - i didn't know if i should have suggested hawaii or not b/c i wasn't sure if you wanted to go all the way back there again - it is a hike, worth it, but a hike nonetheless.
hmm - definitely check out bermuda and ALL of the fairmont properties all over the world - great places!

Although I've never been there but I know alot of people say that Caneel Bay in St. John's is supposed to be amazing!!!!!!!!
I think it's pretty pricey though.
