Anyones elses Hand fall asleep a lot?
What the heck causes this??
I get it off and on, and lately its been bad. They get so numb and tingly? Its not only when Im on the PC either, so I dont think its that...it seem to come out of the blue.

Yes this happens to me often especially when I am sleeping on my right side!
It affects my entire arm & shoulder!

Its just that I have been up a while now and it just happens, no rhyme or reason. My right hand has been falling alseep, getting tingly for about an hour now off and on. And sometimes its my whole arm and sometimes its the left?
I hate going to the drs and I dotn wanna go for this, if its something simple?

Mine happens a lot if I am on the phone and holding it to my ear. I hate it.

It happens to me a lot in my hands, arms and legs. Of course, I always think there is something dreadfully wrong with me, but my Dr. said it was from poor circulation. I've got to quit smoking!!

I've been having the same problems. My hands start to hurt so bad that it wakes me up at night. My doctor referred me to a neurologist. I have an appt. Feb. 1st so we'll see what happens then.
