Anyone sell Lia Sophia? I have a question.
I have a necklace I purchased over the summer.
Its BROKEN, completely broken and I am not happy about it.
I want to know if there is anything I can do about it and who to contact. Thanks!

My mom does and you have to call Lia Sophia directly, there is NOTHING your party host can do and you MUST have saved your receipt. Hosts are not allowed to handle returns.
All Lia Sophia jewelry has a lifetime guarantee and as long as you have your receipt, they will replace it, or if its discontinued, they will give you a credit to use towards a new piece.

I was looking to ask the host to do it, I wasnt sure just how to go about it.
Im pretty sure i have the receipt (i hope) but If I dont Im screwed.
I loved the piece too so Im upset.
Im also upset since I spent a decent amt on it too.

I should have said, hosts and your party consultant, neither of them can do anything. You have to go through Lia Sophia corporate.

It looks like a teardrop necklace, mother of pearl, dangles. and then it turns into a short one.

Shes right.
Do you still have the receipt? Or the box? The company may be able to look up your info that way too. If not, I believe they can look under your hostess or consultants name too.
