Anyone here on iTrackBites

Just was curious if any here was on iTrackBites? If so, how it's working for you and what plan you're on?

I just switched over from the WW app as my 6 month subscription is up. I lost around 23 lbs but at a standstill lately. I can't justify the cost of my WW subscription when the iTrackBites pro option is about $40 for the entire year! I decided to continue with Better Balance which is the equivalent of WW freestyle.

Re: Anyone here on iTrackBites

I am and it’s just like the old WW app. I am on sugar smart? I think that’s what it’s called. It’s equivalent to smart points. Freestyle didn’t work for me so I had to quit WW. iTrackBites allows you to follow up to 5 different plans (which i love because you can switch it up when you stall) when you go pro. The price is right. The app is great. There’s a community as well and people who are like “coaches” on the community board able to answer any questions you have.
I love the app. It works if you work it. Just like with WW.

Also if you are on Facebook, a lot of people in the group:
Return to 30 lifestyle (the plan that works)
Are also using iTrackBites

Thanks! I decided to continue with Freestyle (Better Balance) because I have lost weight on it so far but recently plateaued so I will look into possibly switching plans if things don't get moving. I like that ITB also tracks calories- I think a big part of it is the zero point foods also add calories so it really makes you see what you are eating throughout the day.

Yes! With all the 0 point options, you can easily go over the calories you should be eating or realize you are not eating enough (which is another reason for a plateau)

The are 2 reasons freestyle didn't work for me. 1 I NEED portion control. Telling me something is 0 is bad news lol And 2. Those damn 0 point beans. I was putting chick peas on everything. And little by little the ounces, then pounds starting coming back. I was eating more which was making me more hungry. All the carbs in the beans, peas and corn were starting my carb engine. When I had to weigh out exactly one serving not to waste points on them, I ate them less and made sure it was exactlyone serving. 0 points? I'll have a big salad and add some corn, throw some peas, chick peas, etc etc etc. Wen't downhill real fast lol

I know people who started WW with Freestyle and did well. But a lot of us who were doing smart points first had trouble for sure.
