Anyone from these areas in MD?
Howard County
Frederick County
Price George's County
Can you tell me about these areas? Also how are the schools?
I've heard not so good things about PG County.

I lived in md for a while in Montgomery county. I live about 45 mintues from frederick now, it's not so bad.

My best friend is from Columbia, MD in Howard County. It's a good area with good schools. It's kind of a suburb of both Baltimore and DC (maybe an hour from each?) - growing up, her friends' parents commuted to both cities.

I would not recommend PG at all. Don't know much about Howard Co, but I've heard ok things about Frederick especially as the urban sprawl continues up there from the inner DC suburbs.
Would you be working in DC or Baltimore?

Well those counites came to a job fair (teaching) here in NY. I knew it was too good to be true with PG (they offered a contract that day).
We are going to look into Howard and see what is available for him, teaching wise.
