This is weird. Jackson is about 15 miles from Jackson Hole. It's about a 25 minute drive. I was there a couple of weeks ago and we biked from Jackson Hole to the north park of Jackson (about 12 miles). So I would not think anyone from that area would consider Jackson and Jackson Hole the same thing coming from Grand Teton. Grand Teton National Park is only about 10 minutes from Jackson Hole in the opposite direction of Jackson. Anyway, I feel like that's why he probably wanted to get out because he wanted a ride to Jackson...

The police are in his home now.
ETA: They are there to talk to his parents. Parents invited the police.

It was live. I watched it from 3 different sources. Someone’s Twitter, Fox News and FL news station.

Gotta say, I follow a lot of crime stories. This is maybe the most bizarre and “off” that I can recall.

Agreed. So many stories out there and you just fall into so many rabbit holes.
The oddness is one thing everyone can agree on! Not just on here - the news, etc.
On Facebook people have asked why are people fixated with this case as so many people go missing. I think it’s because it’s so odd.
I hope they are able to find him to give them some answers.

This is my first thought. I watched it on Twitter (Brian Entin, who has been camped out in front of the house for days). How did he get out with no one seeing him???
My next thought was they might have found a body and Gabby lived there, so they needed DNA. I guess they were collecting his DNA.
So now two missing people.
I never follow crime stories. I think I have watched one episode of Law and Order in my life, lol. I don’t know why I’m following this one. I guess because it’s so odd.
ETA: and we can now see the Laundrie family seems to all act like this. He was missing since Tuesday! Why say something 3 days later?

Yes her name was Jenn with 2 n’s as she told the reporter. SMH. I kept my phone on while doing other things to see if he was going to come out if the house. Probably just stuff relating to him.

Ugh it’s so frustrating. I wanted him to nor have done it but clearly he did. I hope he didn’t kill himself so they can at least find her body. I would need that closure as a parent.

Yeah but now I think he did kill her. I will always try to give someone the benefit of the doubt. It’s just how I am wired.

Outside of his family did anyone actually see him in Florida? I bet if he ever was there he’s long gone. Maybe the parents met up with him and got the van and gave him a car so he could disappear.

No clue. I wondered if he came back here even though they are doing this huge search right now for him in that reserve.
Maybe he has family here that he came home to.
The whole thing is just insane. I can’t stop watching. We went to the store and once I got in the car I put it on to see any updates.
