If you go on Daily Mail, they have bodycam footage from when the cops were called in Utah.
I just watched the video. An hour and 17 minutes. Police pulled over their van. Other police joined the first one in separate vehicles. After the two of them were physically separated, their stories matched pretty closely. It was determined that she was the physical aggressor, and he was the victim. He had some minor scratches on his hands and face. She wasn't charged with domestic violence, but the cop made her take the van overnight, and Brian was put up in a hotel room so they could cool off overnight.
She said she has severe OCD at times, and anxiety, and she was having issues that morning. He didn't appear to have any issues at the time.

I am watching the body cam footage. I am almost done with it. I don't think he did it. This kid is super nice, she was violent towards him and CLEARLY in need of medication. And the cop is so nice. But I am not sure how happy the cops wife is going to be that the fact that she is on anxiety meds is being broadcast all over the internet!

He seems to be on something too. These kids are the new generation hippy so I don’t doubt they do drugs.

To play devils advocate here, if you’re in an abusive relationship you can experience gaslighting and the belief that you’re over emotional or “crazy”. Abusers can be manipulative, charming, overly friendly, especially in front of law enforcement.

To add also it’s really sad to see how perfect it all seems on social media. Young people traveling, experiencing life in a way most can’t. And then all of this. Not all is as rosy as it seems sometimes and of course this is an extreme example.

This is the new generation. They thrive on attention from social media. This is why they all have so many issues.
I am familiar with this age so I can tell you they are all confused.

To play devils advocate here, if you’re in an abusive relationship you can experience gaslighting and the belief that you’re over emotional or “crazy”. Abusers can be manipulative, charming, overly friendly, especially in front of law enforcement.
This. I interpreted it as this. It looked like gaslighting to me. He even said that he hoped she hadn’t said too many bad things about him. There are a few red flags that you can catch throughout the video. It’s really hard to see it if you have never been in a situation with someone who has manipulated you.
What I don’t understand is why she was saying stuff about her mental issues, they let her stay in the van? If she’s acting so “crazy,” then call in some medical help.
I’m also wondering if this is related to those two murders that happened around that time.

Yes.
I’d imagine it to be a very difficult situation to be in. A lot of people might say “if it were my son, I would urge him to tell.” But I think it is just one of those situations you don’t know how you’ll react unless you are actually in it.
You also do not know what he is telling his parents.
This is such an odd story. I’m sure the investigators are looking hard for anything to get him in.

I'm just speculating here but perhaps they got into another argument or physical altercation and he took off or she refused to get in with him and he left her somewhere and now something happened and he is freaking out. He knows where she is, he should say something

Exactly this ok you did nothing then say exactly what happened the last time
You saw her. If his lawyer can’t help him do that he needs a new lawyer!!
He has to know something and the way he is presenting himself Right now makes him look guilty!

That’s what I’m thinking. They fought, he left, came back and either she was attacked by an animal, fell, or he didn’t find her.
Either way, even if HE didn’t physically hurt her, why didn’t he contact anyone? Now he’s looking more and more suspicious

I want to read more about the couple that was killed by the creepy guy in Moab.

Even GMA tis morning was like we don’t get it, she said nothing.
