So last Monday, I finally was tired of these 20 lbs I regained by eating like a slob & not exercising, so I decided to try this again. I just felt bloated and disgusted with my eating habits on the weekends. I am on Day 8, dont ask me how I did it. I usually dont get past day 1.

Anyway, has anyone successfully done the 10 days and 3 days detox out. If so, how were your eating habits after? Was it hard? I plan to continue exercising and dieting but was curious on other feedback.

Right now I am -8 pounds, which I know is alot in a week. So thats why I plan on easing my body in to protein shakes, salads, no carbs and limit sugars.
