Anyone do weight watchers without meetings?
I saw that there is an option for WW online. I really have no time to get to meetings, and I will have less time once I go back to work in 3 weeks.

Yes, I did the online and lost about 16lbs. For me, it worked best since I don't have the time to attend the meetings.

I have done it online and lost weight. When I would go to the meetings, I would only go to weigh in, and never stay for the meeting anyways.

I did WW Online before getting pregnant with our second son and it really worked for me. I didn't have time to attend meetings with my work schedule and with a baby at home so having the online option was really great.

Yes I just go in and get weighed. I lost 50 lbs but I thinking of starting to maybe go to meetings once in a while now.

I have done WW online, in person, and just totally on my own (before they had online). Going to the meetings never worked for me...I have always done best just doing it myself. Now I have the WW app for my iphone and it's great...so easy to track points and you can look up foods when you're away from home. Love it! I've lost 30 lbs since January!

I lost 30 lbs before my wedding just doing it online.
I plan to do it again after this DC-need to get into normal clothes again.

me- i just go in and get weighed. i have little ones so it's not easy to get there. have lost 6 lbs so far. i think it's such a great program with or without the meetings!

Yes, I do it online because I don't have time to get to meetings but I will say, I lost more and lost more quickly when I was going to meetings

I go to the meetings. I've done it online before and it doesn't work-like Diane said, I need the accountability of the weigh in. However, I know other people that have been very successful without the meetings.
Also-I view WW as "me time". It's 1/2 hour or 45 minutes where I get to relax and talk about something that is important to me (weight/health). I really enjoy the meetings.
I know there are not enough hours in the day, but think of it as 30 minutes out of the entire week where it is just about YOU-how often does that happen?
ETAPinkandblue and I go to a 9am meeting on Sundays and they have one at 9am on Sats too. At first, I was nervous about leaving DH home alone with both kids (like he would be overwhelmed) but he does great. Maybe they have an early meeting on the weekends somewhere near you.

This is basically me...I would like to stay for the meeting but life has been so busy lately.
I agree going for weigh in's makes me acountable also
