I always used to like the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work outs because they were strength training and cardio in one 20 minute session.
They have a beginner shred if you haven't worked out in a while to start with

I have been doing the Planet Fitness workouts. They do a live everyday on FB at 7pm and then save all the videos. You don't need FB to view the saved videos.
