another Q this time for Queens/Brooklyn moms who have a nanny/babysitter(or who work as one)
How much do you pay (or get paid if you are a nanny/babysitter) for full time. Monday -Fridays 9am -5pm Live out nanny?

I have a babysitter Wednesdays & Fridays, 10 hrs each day (8:30 to 6:30).
We pay her $12/hr. I think the going rate is $10-$15/hr from what I saw when I started looking.

When I was with a babysitter, I paid her $200/week.
It was a steal considering she had DD for 10-12 hours a day, but what I saved in money I spent in tears and frustration. (Please ignore my hard feelings  )
