Re-ocurring dreams or "themes"

I have the WEIRDEST ONES.

I ALWAYS dream of elevators. All kinds, going up, down, broken, Futuristic ones etc. I 'm always in , waiting for, on, etc an elevator in half my dreams...


AND this one is WEIRD....Dirty bathrooms

I always dream about being in a public bathroom and all the stalls are DISGUSTINGLY dirty, like the worst you have ever seen and I cant find one thats clean. I have this dream SOOO often. And its always a different bathroom, often large, sometimes small, different places etc.

Wow....I wonder what that means!?!?

I feel like I am always having dreams of being lost/stranded/traveling....they are never nice locations either. I am either traveling long distances by foot or looking for transportation in crowded streets.

I always dream about Bridges. Ever since I was little.... i can remember many of them too (well, picture the bridges, not the whole entire dream). But, I'm always crossing bridges.

In real life (when i'm awake), i'm not really all that interested by bridges... so i'm sure there's something deeper to it I've read the dream interpretation for it- sometimes it applies, sometimes it doesn't.


In the last few weeks (including last night) i've had dreams about Bombs- like i wake up bothered by them. There's nothing too explosive going on in my life, so i'm not really sure where that one comes from, but i'd gladly return to my dreams about bridges!

I always have a dream that I have to go to the bathroom but something is stopping me being able to go...its very strange

OMG - so far, everything you guys said have been the themes to my dreams!

But, I also have amusement parks... all types of rides. Roller coasters, water slides. Funny houses, horror houses. Including a food area.

also, I have been in the same neighborhoods in my dreams since as far back as I can remember. I have a city neighborhood. A long island neighborhood, and a Vermont neighborhood. I lived in all these places, but the neighborhoods in my dream keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger as I cover more ground.

I also dream of camping, and staying in hotel rooms, and folk festivals. Even in the winter, I'm camping out a folk festival.

I freak people out with my dreams.

I ALWAYS dream my teeth are crumbling out. I push them with my tongue, like we did when we were younger with loose teeth and they wiggle back and forth and then just crumble out. It makes me sick. I wake myself up by grinding my teeth. I have this dream CONSTANTLY!

I also, since I am a kid, dream of being stuck in a runaway car. I am in the backseat and the car is just speeding without a driver. I cant stop it. It never crashes, I usually just wake up before that. But ive had that dream since I was about 4 and still do sometimes!

I always dream about being stuck in an elevator that's plummeting or I have to run down a set of stairs, but instead of running I jump down the stairs to the next landing.

What's weird is that I also have recurring places in my dreams - like a certain building or amusement park, but I've never been to any of the places. Very weird!!

I have the Bathroom dreams all the time of course when I wake up I have to go to the bathroom. But It is so weired It usually that the bathroom is really gross. Sometimes it's a unisex bathroom and there are no stalls only toilets in the open. so weired.

I have had the dirty bathroom dream, as well. I'm sure that it's because I have to go IRL! I'm glad I'm not the only one.
