We bought the house before the wedding in 06. The only way that was possible was because we bought a 2-family with my mom. I give major credit to anyone who was able to do it on your own.  As for the baby, she came right before our 2 year anniversary.
Things happened VERY fast for us, or so it felt that way. But I am happy with how things worked out and completely understand people doing things differently for different reasons.

STBX and I bought a condo a month before we got married ( married 3 years next week) but we'll be selling eventually as we are divorcing. I thought we would have started TTC this year but for obvious reasons that won't be happening 
I just turned 27 on Wednesday and I know I'm still young so I try not to let that get me down. I know I will have kids one day! 
I didn't even start dating my then boyfriend / now husband until I was 27-plenty of time to find Mr. right!

We bought a house two years ago, in May of 2007 and we have four month old twins.
Oh and DD knows how to ROCK ON

Had DD in Feb. 08, bought a house in June 08 and expecting baby #2 in Nov. 09. That's a lot for 3 years!

got married in Sept 06 closed on my house in Oct 06 and am no children as of yet!
I keep putting it off b/c I am really enjoyng married life and our Freedom!

We closed on our house in December '06, 6 months after we got married. We're looking forward to celebrating our 3 year anniversary next month!!!!
I think most of you know Kevin has a DD from a previous marriage, she just turned 12 and is in 6th grade now. In February '07 we got a dog and named her Kasey (get it? Kevin + Cindy=KC=Kasey!!). As for our own little bundle of joy, we've both got a case of baby fever and would like to start TTC but it turns out babies are expensive and our finances aren't cooperating with our biological clocks.

I said it before, and I'll say it again, if you wait for your finances to cooperate with your biological clock, you'll never have kids.

We aren't buying a house anytime soon, but that's fine with us, we like where we live
turned 2 last month
No plans (of mine) for any other but DH has other plans

'06er here, and you're not the last. We don't have kids yet either and I'm not sure when we will. We've had the house since a year before the wedding though.

We got married in 10/06. We have been in our house for a little over 2 years and we are expecting our first child in 5 weeks!

Dh bought a house a few years before we got married. You are definitely not the last 06er not to have a child. We probably won't have a child for a few years. But hopefully the pitter patter of little puppy paws will be in our house by the end of the summer.
