It's not a package, but I just saw a $322 RT fare from JFK this morning to London.

american often has good deals to london, especially in the winter.

I just saw deals on the BA website for GBP 209 return to JFK, not sure if there are deals for the reverse trip. They also have deals on a 4-Star hotel in London for under 80 a night (not sure if that is GBP or $).
