Advice needed,.Re: screaming out in her sleep

DD has been sleeping great goes down around 7-730 up at 530-6( thats good BC come sept that when she has to get up anyway for me to go to work).I will ocasionally hear her cry out in the middle of the night but I don't go in.It lasts anywhere from 1-5 minutes And then she is out again for the night.
LAst night at 1045 she is SCREAMING, SO I let it go for a few minutes then I go in.Well she scared the you now what out of me she is standing up arms out over the railing of the crib. I just did not expect her to be standing up her crying . It sounded like they were a little muffled and her head was in the mattress. So I pick her up and no joke in the 3 seconds it took to walk from her crib to the rocker she was out cold. I put her back immediately and she was out until 5am.

What could this be? NIghttremors? Can you do anyting for her? She is 11 months

DS does that sometimes and I think he is just having a bad dream.

my son is 14 months and he has been doing this lately also... I feel so bad and i don't go in either but i feel so bad for him!!
