Acupuncture for short LP?
Has anyone had success lengthening their luteal phase with acupuncture?
I have always had a short LP...9-10 days. I took vitex, royal jelly, red raspberry tea, b complex etc. and after a while conceived both my daughters. Now my LP is 6-7 days. My gyno said to give it a while on the supplement regimen again and also consider acupuncture. I have my first appt next week. I'm just curious if anyone here has tried for LP defect.

Short LP is fairly easy to fix with meds. Are you opposed to that?

Not necessarily opposed to meds, but would like to give the natural route a chance, especially since I conceived two healthy babies with a short LP in the past. I'd also like to treat the issue, rather than the symptom if that makes any sense. I know progesterone supplements would definitely help (or clomid), but I would love to treat the root of the imbalance.
