A Few ?? For Experienced TTCers!
I got AF today... does that mean I'm CD1?
I'm going to get OPKs, probably the CBE, what CD# do I use them on?
If I get Mucinex when do I take that? I saw someone post that they got the Kid's Mucinex (pixie stick variety), is that okay to use?

CD1 is the first full day of AF flow, so yes, yesterday would be CD1.
I use the OPK's & depending on your cycle, the instruction booklet will tell you when to start. I usually start on CD12 bc I have O'ed early in previous months. I got the Adult version of Mucinex with 600mg of the "G" ingredient that you need in order to thin out the mucus. I take the tablets every 12 hours..

Depends on when you got AF? It it was in the morning or early afternoon, then that is your CD1, if she came full force in the late afternoon or at night, then the next day is CD1.
