cute hats
I'm not particularly fashionable, but with chemo, I'll be losing my hair. I don't want to wear a scarf and will probably get a wig, but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on cute hats since it'll be winter.

No advice on the hats but for wigs check out Chelsey Smith Cosmetics. Follow her on Facebook too. She does live wig shows there where she tries them all on and they are all amazing. She makes wigs seem young and hip and fun.
They are affordable too and good quality.
She also has a foundation where you can apply for a free one if you have cancer or another medical issue.
She's the sweetest most fun upbeat person to follow too.

Cool - thanks for the ideas! I'd prefer to do wigs since I have really long hair and nothing under the hat might seem "weird" to me. And I like the idea of cutting my hair and gluing it to a hat. I'll have to look into that.

Chelsey has some gorgeous long wigs.
One of my favorites:
She recently did a fall wig show where she did wigs and hats... it was so cute some of the looks.

Just in case no one mentioned it, many insurance companies will over all or part of a wig. Definitely look into that (good wigs are expensive!)

I'd not heard of cloches, but they're really cute! I actually have one. But not something I'd wear day to day. Might have to look into them once all this mess is over, though. :)

I’m not sure if this is an option for everyone but a friend that went through chemo used something called a “cold cap” during her treatments and was able to keep her hair. It was something she found through her own research so I figured I would mention in case it was an option for u! Wishing you all the best and sending prayers and well wishes that this is behind you soon

I don’t know if you’re on Instagram but DaniAustin is an “influencer” on there and she has an entire highlight reel on her Instagram about wigs (from $$$$ to $$). Some of her pieces are so gorgeous!!! Anyway, sending positive healing energy your way!
