SVU'S CHRIS MELONI ON MOMMY MARISKA
When it comes to motherhood Christopher Meloni of NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" tells Star, his colleague Mariska Hargitay is a natural.
Back in June, the award-winning actress gave birth to a 10-pound baby boy she and her husband Peter Hermann named August, the same month they tied the knot.
During the inauguration party of the new Hearst Tower in Manhattan, Star asked Meloni how Hargitay's little bundle of joy is on-set.
Meloni tells Star, "He is unbelievable, very mellow he is doing his baby thing. He is kind of chilling rolling with the punches, he is great and really beautiful kid."
Meloni, who talks from experience because has two children of his own, mentioned to Star, "the only parenting advice I gave her was the hardest thing for parenting — at least for me — was giving structure and imposing your stuff on the kid but she is such a good mom she will be great."
