Love Grace Juice Cleanse
I am on day 2 of this and absolutely loving (most of) it! Hubby is doing the 3 day cleanse with me and he's sticking with it.
Some of the juices are really yummy. Some are a bit too much though.
I was down 2.6 lbs after the first day and have WAY more energy today than I did yesterday.
Can't wait to weigh in when we are done!

Love Grace Juice Cleanse
I use them occasionally when I feel I need to. They can be a jump tart but you lose mostly water weight. However you feel so good that if you start a diet as soon as your done they do help you Beginshedding weight.

Day 3 and I am down 4.2 lbs, hubby is down 6. We have two more juices to go and then we are done. Going food shopping to have all healthy Paleo recipes in stock when we eat tomorrow!

We finished! I lost a total of 4.8 lbs and DH lost 6.6 lbs. Breakfast this morning tasted sooooo good! (Eggs, tomatoes, peppers, onions and avocado.)
Overall, I'm happy I did it and it was a nice way to get back on track after vacation.
I will be doing a full review soon on Coast to Coast Paleo
