Lucia Patricia is here!
On Wednesday, I started getting contractions ranging from 4 to 8 minutes apart. At 11pm, I decided to go to the hospital, because sitting in the car in real labor is not fun!
Get to hospital at 3cm, get the epidural and then sleep until 7:30AM and am only at 6cm so the doctor breaks my water. At 8AM I started feeling contractions on one side. . . Suddenly I felt INSANE pressure and asked for more epidural - the nurse laughed at me IT WAS TIME TO PUSH! I pushed for 15 minutes and baby Lucia came into the world screaming! I actually felt her arms and legs squirming down the birth canal, it was amazing!
