8 month old sleeping a lot more?

Is this normal, her morning naps used to be like 45 mins and the past few days have jumped to like 1hr30+ she's been a sleep for almost 2 hours now coming from a child that hated to nap...and she's also been taking two good 40 min afternoon naps the past few days also...whats going on???

The same thing happened to my DD. She is now 10 months old, and about 8-9 months she went from a TERRIBLE napper to a FABULOUS napper. Her 30-45 min morning nap went to almost 2 hours....and her afternoon nap (which I hardly ever got out of her...but would be a half hour at most) was now also almost 2 hours!!! My Dr. told me that because she has become more active she is tiring herself out a lot more. Enjoy it!!!

DDs naps increased too last mth, still going strong.
