Anyone doing the 5lb in 5 day Juice Cleanse?
I downloaded the Jason Vale app yesterday and think I'm going to start tomorrow...I've done his 3 day detox when I first started juicing and now want to step it up. It would be fun to have others to talk to that are doing it too. He is hoping that everyone will do it from 4/8 - 4/13 so it could be a global cleanse & weight loss, but I am on spring break now, so this week is better :)
Anyone intersted in doing this too?
