38w preggo and super emotional
i am pregnant with my second and i just feel so down - one minute i am super happy so excited then i feel so depressed. i have no idea why. maybe not even depressed - i just feel like i want to cry my eyes out.

I'm also 38 weeks and a bit unstable. One minute I'm all zen and the next I'm super irritated OR super emotional about something really dumb.
I think DH is ready for this baby to come - 1/2 so he can be a day, but 1/2 so he can get his wife back!

omg i know i feel bad for DH
i am crazy. yesterday i started screaming at him bc he wasnt reading my thoughts or was doing something slower then i would normally do.
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
come on baby. im ready to be back to myself!

I have been that way on and off throughout my entire pregnancy. I am 35 weeks now. When it is on it is bad. I will sob uncontrollably for about a half hour at a clip and it usually goes on for 4-5 days. Then I feel normal again. And i wait in anticipation until it starts again. For me it usually happens when I am on breaks from work. (I teach) so it happened during the holiday break, the February break and again on the April break. I would almost rather stay at work to avoid it. I guess when I have too much time on my hands I start thinking unconciously because I really can't put my finger on why it is that I am crying. Anyway, I am rambling. I just try to tell myself that it is all temporary and soon the baby will be here and I will put all my efforts into caring for him. Good Luck.

I remember being like that last pregnancy and it was like that for 2 m PP too. 
Keep PPD in the back of your mind for after the baby is here. It's never a bad thing to keep in mind and talk to your doctor about if the situation arises. I sometimes wonder if that was some of what was going on.

i've started to feel that a little bit also. I think for me its mostly being sad that its my last few days alone with my dd before everything changes.

I am almost 37w and feeling the same way. It was worse a few weeks ago, but I have very mixed emotions as we approach the end of this pregnancy! I feel mostly grief about how the dynamic of my little family of 3 will be changing and how this will affect my DD. All will be fine!!!
