Dance clothes and shoes for 3 year old
Anyone know where I can get basic dance clothes, ballet slippers and tap shoes in Manhattan? Preferable east midtown, near grand central.

Payless only has black tap shoes. If you need white you will have to go to a dance store, I know there's a Capezio downtown, or order online. Leotards can be found lots of places these days. Target, Walmart and Christmas Tree Shop sell them too.

I've seen dance clothes at Target. They have the leotards and skirts. In the E. Setauket store they are on a side wall between the girls and boys section.

I believe Conway sells very basic leotards. You might want to call them first.
