7 11 on middle country road in lake grove
This might sound like a stupid question, But Why on earth would you build another 7 11 when there is one right up that road not far from the apartments which you can walk to??? Why would you build it across the street from a Dunkin donuts????
Lets build something that doesn't exist in New york say something like a ..Dennys.

It's owned by the same guy too!  He also owns the 7-11 on Jericho in Centereach.

I saw that when I was out there a few weeks ago.
I think the 7-11 will attract A LOT of people because, as you know, Middle Country Road is a traffic jam..Especially during the holiday season.
At first, I too, was like 
BUT
If you think about it, its pretty smart!
It will definitley pick up a lot of business I think...yeah, parking may be a nightmare though.

he's actually a smart business man. That 7-11 will get a lot of people in that area even with the other one being close by.

Five Guys is a burger place (there's one in Levittown, and they're opening a few more in Suffolk), and Wegmans is a ridiculous supermarket chain that's mostly upstate and in the DC suburbs. They have no stores in the NYC area, though.

He might have wanted to be on the West side of the street (morning rush hour). Not sure which side of the street this is on, dont' live near there.
Five Guys is soooo good (they are expanding all over too).

It's on the same side of the road, Its iis practically next to the steak house than if you go up the road past the apartments where bob and i use to live there is the other 711.
