Photoshoppers!! need help
Hi- took pics of my girls today for our holiday cards. I got some cute shots, which was not easy considering it was just me verses them! A few of the photos have sun glare on the side of my DD's face. it is very white and i'm not sure if it's salvagable. thinking about doing these pics again makes me want to cry! can anyone take a look at the pic and see if it can be fixed?I"m okay in photoshop but can't figure it out.

I wouldn't use the burn/dodge tool, it permanently alters & can damage the file.
ETA: I can take a look at it for you if you want.

Any editing alters the file, that's why you would never edit the only original. If you only edit copies, if you completely mess it up, you just start over.
Most of the time, you can tone down the sun glare, even if you can't completely eliminate it. I've done that in some of my pics.

I understand that, I've taken several photoshop classes Most people don't know to edit on layers, and I was taught to never use the burn/dodge tool. I create a burn/dodge layer and use the brush.
