Lower Abdominal Pain 3 months post partum?? Is it AF arriving/ovulating or uti?

I have had for the past 2 days a soreness and cramping feeling in the lower pelvic area.


It's weird b/c in the beginning of the week I had what felt like very mild period like cramps. I thought maybe I was getting AF for the first time since since having my daughter but my period didnt show up. ( and I am Breastfeeding). But I did have those days a clear discharge.

Then yesterday and today...which is about two days after having those mild period like cramps I am now sore and have some pain down there.

Was my body trying to get back to normal to have my cycle again...or maybe I was ovulating???

But why would I be so Sore and have pain then the days following.??

Is this a UTI?? I do not have the burining sensation though.

I am going to call my Dr tomorrow but wasnt sure if anyone has experienced this??

Sounds like it could be AF to me!! She came back with a vengeance for me!

i got lower pains (on my right side) some ladies here said they get it too when they ovulate. idk if thats the same pain your taalking bout

It def seemed like AF was arriving or possibly ovulation. But now days after the entire lowel area is sore and painful.

I wasnt sure if the muscles are now sore. Maybe I am totally wrong and it is a UTI or something.
