Chicken Adobe. It is a philippino dish. It is amazing! VERY easy to make. It just has soy sauce, water, bay leaf, and apple cider vinegar. It is really good.

Salad always helps round out a meal as an appetizer.
Also, rice dishes, i.e. beans and rice are great as sides - cheap and easy.

Re: Easy dinners that feed a lot of people
Grilled chicken with tomato sauce/ diced tomatoes on top. Get the family pack at the store
Pair that with a salad and a veggie, and maybe some rice, and youre set

Quiche - you can make a few different kinds - some with meat, spinach, broccoli, different cheeses.
I do this with salad and it's an easy brunch/lunch to be made ahead of time.

Re: Easy dinners that feed a lot of people
my favorite easy dish is pulled pork. DH just had a bunch of guys over yesterday to watch football and all i did is stick a pork loin in my slow cooker with some root beer for 6 hours, shred it and put bbq sauce on top, put them on top of rolls and made a bunch of steak fries. they were all happy!
