Looking for a hair salon near New Rochelle
I am staying at a hotel in New Rochelle in November for my SIL's wedding. She is getting her hair done back in the Bronx and I really don't want to go all the way down there to go back to the hotel.
I am also contemplating makeup, but may just do that myself.
Does anybody have suggestions? TIA!!!
