If you have a lump/cysty thing on your side along your bra line
Do you make an appointment with your OBGYN or your regular doctor or someone else?
The only reason I am suggesting OBGYN is because they always do a breast exam and this could maybe fall into that category.

but i'd set up another appointment with my PCP too.
does it move when you touch it? or is it a fixed lump?

Do you need a referral with your insurance? If not, I'd go right to a breast specialist. That's what I did.

Go to your OB/GYN. If anything, they will be able to direct you from there.

You GYN may send you for a sonogram first to see the images. If it is of concern the next step would prob be to a breast surgeon to see the images as well and determine if you need a biopsy or if it can be looked at via an MRI instead.
If you need the name of a female breast surgeon let me know. I have a fantastic one that i switched to and I adore her!
